A study conducted by AIIMS reveals that over 38% of the population in India have fatty liver disease. Consuming foods such as sugary beverages, processed meats, refined grains, fried foods, high-fructose corn syrup, excessive salt, saturated fats, and red meat can contribute to liver damage. Lifestyle changes, including maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, and limiting alcohol consumption, can help prevent and reverse fatty liver disease.
